At The Cirkel, we want you to love your pre-loved fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return period for a full refund. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with all security tags and designer labels still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive your unique return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring the security tags are intact to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt as proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
